It seems like "health" has become iatrogenic harm. Does anyone have any critical thinking skills anymore? Always question, as you do. Thumbs up!

My daughter's pediatrician told her that anyone who visited the baby must have a TDap booster. I looked up the prevalence of Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis and more people are injured and/or die from the vaccine than from the disease.

I won't even get into the harm of psychotropics....

I understand all the discussion here but the solution isn't to throw the baby out with the bath water or go a 180° in the opposite direction. Nuance and careful, informed scrutiny of the details are key to sensemaking. We are right to be enraged by dysfunctional "institutions" but they, and the people who comprise them, are not entirely without merit or understanding. Many of the institutions are unreformable and should not survive.

I have diagnosed a patient with tetanus. You dont want it and it's rare for a reason.

Agree - informed consent and actually look at the vaccine studies to determine risk/benefit! Yes, rare indeed. Thank God. Only 28 cases in 2022. The vaccine does not have lifelong protection so individuals would have to get vaccinated every 10 years. Most do not and we still only had 28 cases in 2022. According to the CDC 30 Million children did not get the series of tetanus vaccination yet we still only had 28 cases in the USA. People can choose to get vaccinated if they want the protection and should get it every 10 years and if they have a deep wound, it should be irrigated and disinfected properly to eradicate the bacteria. There are risks to vaccination and that should be explained (informed consent) so people can make informed decisions about their health.

It seems most kids these days are at exceedingly low risk of tetanus because they never touch dirt. One could probably make a decent case for targeted tetanus vaccination to "at risk" populations. I happily get my tetanus vaccination because I do activities that place me at risk.

Saying "no" feels so good! We need more people to say "no". Great story!

Exactly, John. When you give the middle finger to evil, the body thanks you with some fantastic dopamine, serotonin levels. Better than any drug!

Nice job on the return. I cannot (well, I can) believe they are still pushing this crap and bullying the weak, yet here they still are. Same old narrative. If all these applicants told them to stick it like you did, the world would be a better place. Thank you!♥

Good on you!

I gave up looking for employment (I’m 63) when they wanted fully masked and jabbed - to be a dog walker!

Yeah, that ain’t gonna happen.

Oh James - how I wish you would have had a vial of the white fibrous clots that embalmers have been finding since the shots rolled out to show "Trudy" and the lady at the restaurant. My sister and I carry ours wherever we go. They are truly compelling!

I would LOVE to send "Trudy" and that lady this most EXCELLENT stack!

I can certainly understand why this encounter made your day. BRAVO!

I haven't even bothered to look at the job postings for substitute or full time teaching. Maybe mandates were on the verge of being struck down when LA unified backed off, but I don't want to go back into a field where they had mandates in the first place. And I'm certainly not paying union dues to a union that was pro mandate. Good luck finding another fully credentialed math teacher!

It's funny how they think we're going to beg and plead to be a part of their system.

I've heard the same from military folks who took an early retirement or were forced out for their refusal to follow mandates. And now, suddenly, the begging and pleading is in the other direction--won't they come back pretty please because the military recruitment numbers have fallen off a cliff. Yeah, right. I'll sign with this: 🖕

I know. My inlaws still can't figure out why we have dinner at their house or mine, never in a restaurant anymore. Didn't they get the memo that unvaccinated filth aren't welcome in our county's public gathering places? I'm not giving money to people who enforced mandates. Besides, I cook better than most restaurants in our area.

Good for you. Yep, doing just fine without them.

Puts me in mind of the "You'll own nothing and be happy" article from the WEF. The lady who wrote it lamented at all the poor souls who refuse to be a part of the digital ID-controlled smart cities, and how they'll be stuck outside in "19th-century villages". Funny, because, I give them two years of living in their cashless, property-less, digital enslavement before they're begging to be let into our villages. We'll let them make their case, I suppose.😂

Nice piece! Many people chose the blue pill and are now defending that choice against reason and even their own safety and well-being... At this point there is no turning back, no switching sides, no convincing with data or logic. The two paralel universes are irrevocably separated...

Yep, those people are in a system and they are trying to justify staying in it. Noncompliance, or as I like to think of it, non-participation in nonsense, is something they're not prepared for. There is power in saying "Nope" and taking your body and your business elsewhere.
