People like to make the distinction that the jab is untested, unreliable, experimental etc. and therefore cannot be forced.
This is disturbing to me since it implies that if the jabs are labelled safe and effective after the usual testing period then they CAN be forced.
I don't like the idea that ANY drug (whether experimental or not) can be forced on employees (whether military or not) and coercion used to make employees or anyone take drugs they don't want or need.
The science behind vaccination has been shown to be entirely fraudulent. It's time to take out the trash. We are at the verge of a paradigm shift in medicine as a whole. Hopefully these court cases will accelerate the process by revealing the rot.
Chris and Sarah - I am so sorry you and other service members have gone through this. Shame on the Military for treating our servicemembers and their families this way. Go get 'em. I'm sure your military training will serve you well! For many of us, this is the fight of our lives. Wishing you and your family all the best. I will praying for you.

My son is also on this lawsuit. He is/was a rescue swimmer in Kodak Ak. Michael, his wife, daughter, son and their dog and cat all left Kodak on November 30, 2022 for their journey back to CA. Michael
was in the CG for 16 years and was very proud to be in the service. He liked his job of rescuing someone in need. He is someone you can always count on.

Why does the US Government FORCE unwilling service members into accepting an unreliable, ineffective EXPERIMENTAL and sometimes DEADLY injection even though it's well documented that there are MORE VAX RELATED DEATHS THAN ALL PREVIOUS INJECTED MEDICATIONS since 'vaccines' were invented. That more VAX related DEATHS in just two years than the previous 100 years!

LIABILITY MUST BE RE-INTRODUCED and the Covid farce will diminish into just another Fauci enhanced Flu-like ailment to deal with.
